What Graduates Say About Them
  • The culture and people are great to be around. There is a sense that they care about graduate development and growth.
  • Lots of different opportunities. I wasn't sure what I wanted to do once I finished University, this job has enabled me to try different things and work in vastly different areas. Great so that I can figure out what I want/like to do whilst gaining experience and skills across industries.
  • Incredibly supportive team. Lots of variety in work. Flexibility to work from home. Vast amounts of resources and access to training. Good social and community engagement.
  • The culture and the impact that the company can bring to the wider community.
  • Flexible work conditions, nice people/seniors, training programs and certifications and social events
  • Self-driven development can be hard but is rewarding if you have drive.
  • Can be difficult to get into the exact area you want
  • As the teams are spread across Australia it can be hard to connect on a personal level with your teammates and colleagues.
  • It took a while to get project work.
  • The biggest challenge is understanding where I will have the most impact and making my way to that point
