What I enjoy most about the Graduate Program are the endless opportunities it provides for both personal development and contribution to teams in which I was placed.

I was offered and accepted a place in the ANZ C&CB Graduate Program on the back of successfully completing a two month Summer Internship Program. What initially attracted me to ANZ was the Bank’s Super Regional Strategy, the values in which it installs, and the huge opportunity I saw within the bank for my personal growth and development. After completing the internship, it was these factors; coupled with the culture I had grown to love and appreciate; the challenging and diversified nature of the work and the banks overall commitment to the success of the organisation and its employees that compelled me to begin my career with ANZ.

Thus far in the program, I have completed rotations in Wholesale Lending Operations and Corporate Relationship, which has exposed me to two vastly different areas of the bank where I have been involved in writing new deals, client meetings and the back office processing of facilities.

What I enjoy most about the Graduate Program are the endless opportunities it provides for both personal development and contribution to teams in which I was placed. Through the varying rotations, the Graduate Project and multiple Professional Development Days, each graduate is given exposure to multiple areas of the bank to develop and enhance numerous skill sets while building an extensive professional network throughout the bank.

I would highly recommend this program for anyone looking to begin their career in the banking and finance industry.
