Please provide further information on diversity with respect to women, ethnic minorities and LGBT. Please comment on issues such as recruitment, retention, promotion, child care, maternity leave, etc.
There are Diversity Officers on every floor of the office and active participation in events that promote women's health, indigenous health, LGBT awareness etc.
There is a good culture for minorities at the company and there are good policies in place to look after everyone.
I believe we exceed all expectations from a diversity point of view. We have more females in the office then we do men, and our leadership levels are predominantly female.
Workplace has made sure that I can work flexible hours so that I can fulfil my parenting duties. Special events were organized for International Women's Day and NAIDOC Week. Currently in the process of recruiting specific Indigenous Graduates.
Gender diversity seems to be the prominent issue. I am very disappointed with the lack of attention to the other types of diversity. With regard to gender equality the office is very flexible and encourages diversity.
What does your company do to attract applicants from less privileged backgrounds?
I believe that a less privileged background is taken into consideration when applying but I cannot confirm.
Non-biased recruitment process.
