What projects/initiatives does your employer run and what have you worked on personally?

I have not worked on any CSR projects personally as I am still early in employment. I have also not experienced any of these projects first hand and would be unsuited to discuss them.

Personally, I know a few of the Head of Departments have personal fundraisers for certain charities they give to. For example a rest home in Sri-Lanka is raised annually by the Head of AUS/NZ Balance Sheet Management, the Head of GM participates in programmes for the youth/juveniles in regards of their studies. HSBC encourages voluntary work for the greater good, emails are always sent to inform the staff if they wish to participate.
